When somebody asks us “Who is the best player?” most of us
think immediately about Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
There are divided opinions on who between the duo is the best –
Real Madrid fans obviously think is the Portugese, while if you’re
a Barcelona fan no doubt you will pick Messi.
The pair have been dominating the Ballon d’Or for the last
decade, while for this year Ronaldo remains the main favorite to
claim it.
However, Goal.com have named the “Goal 50” of best players in
the world.
Not everyone always agrees with their choices, but clearly you
would expect the top three to be Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi
and probably Neymar.




But that’s not the case with Goal.
Messi doesn’t even feature in the top three.
With Ronaldo the first, Gianluigi Buffon and Luka Modric come
second and third, while the Argentine comes fourth.
