Chelsea secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Swansea on Wednesday night, with Antonio Rudiger scoring the only goal of the match.
Eden Hazard was left on the bench, and the Blues were clearly not at their best after having played a high intensity game against Liverpool at Anfield last weekend.

However, one of the most talked incidents occurred in second half, with manager Antonio Conte getting sent off from the referee.
The former Juventus boss was angered with the official after awarding a goal kick against his team, as he thought there should have been a corner.
“I suffered in the same way also in the changing room. To watch the game on the video and then to not have the possibility to communicate with your players, it’s very strange. It’s very tough for me.
Conte was expressing his anger for quite a while, complaining to the fourth official for Swansea time wasting everytime they had a throw-in or a free kick.
In the press conference after the match, Conte admitted he made a mistake by complaining and losing his cool on the sideline.

“I think it’s normal, it’s right to apologise for what happened during the game,” Conte said. “During the game, in the first half, I saw that Swansea were wasting time. I said this a few times to the fourth official. At the same time I didn’t see something change in the first half. I was frustrated for this situation.

“I tried to tell [him] again, but then the referee took this decision. I repeat: I apologise for this. I was frustrated. For sure I made a mistake. During the game I suffer. With my players I suffer. It’s a pity
