09:40: Shaun Wright-Phillips reckons Alvaro Morata is on course to emulate Didier Drogba's achievements for Chelsea.
Morata has made a fine start to his Blues career with seven goals and Wright-Phillips is impressed with the Spain striker’s quality.
He told 888sport: ”I wouldn’t say that Morata is in Didier’s space now but if he keeps scoring and running in behind and creating chances for others then he’s heading in that direction because he does the same things that Didier did.
Conte frustration
09:00: Graeme Le Saux believes Chelsea boss Antonio Conte will be frustrated by the timing of the international break after his side’s defeat to Manchester City.
Le Saux told Betfair: "Conte is probably a bit frustrated as he’d like to rectify what happened against City this weekend.
"If you have a performance like that where things don’t go your way, you’re always eager as a manager and as a team to correct it straight away.
"However, the international break does offer him a period of grace to assess how bad Morata’s injury is and hopefully get him back into the side as quickly as possible."
Oscar makes Premier League prediction
08:30: Former Chelsea ace Oscar believes the Blues will be the strongest challengers to Manchester United and Manchester City for the Premier League title.
The Brazilian told PL Brasil: “I think Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea will fight until the end.
“Of course Manchester City and Manchester United are appearing for the games they are doing, for the goals they are applying, but Chelsea are a very strong team.”
Morata is certain to succeed - Makelele
08:00: Chelsea star Alvaro Morata was always going to succeed at Stamford Bridge, according to Blues legend Claude Makelele.
Makelele is confident he will score plenty of goals for Chelsea, after proving his prowess at Real Madrid and Juventus.
“He was at the best team in the world Real Madrid, he scored goals there,” the Frenchman told Sky Sports.
“He’s gone to Juventus, he scored goals there. Of course he will score goals at Chelsea."
