Arsene Wenger should give Alexandre Lacazette more minutes
on the pitch and put Alexis Sanchez in the reserves.
That’s according to Tony Cascarino who reckons Lacazette
deserves more match action.
The France international – who was signed from Lyon in the
summer – has featured regularly this term.
However, he’s been substituted in every match he’s started in
bar Arsenal’s season curtain raiser against Leicester in August.

Sanchez, 28, looks destined to leave the club having refused to
sign a new contract and Cascarino has hinted that the Chilean
should be frozen out.
He told The Times : “It can’t be good for Alexandre Lacazette or
the rest of the dressing room that a player who cost £44m is on
the bench while a player who wants to leave the club is starting.
“Alexis Sanchez is a fine player and you can understand why
Arsene Wenger wants him to start but it is a sign that Arsenal as
a club are just too nice.
“Millwall had a player in the mid-eighties called Dean Neal who
wasn’t going to sign a new deal and so George Graham just
dropped him to the reserves and he ended up in non-League.
“He was the top scorer at the time but George decided if he
didn’t want to stay he wasn’t getting a game.
“Maybe that is going too far but it sent a message to the dressing
room that you had to be committed to the club.
