AN ASSISTANT referee was given his marching orders by the man in
the middle this weekend after halting the game in the most disgusting
manner .
Andrew McWilliam was tasked with running the line during the Scottish
Premiership showdown between Kilmarnock and Dundee on Saturday
when things took a turn for the worst.
The poor bloke stood next to Killie midfielder Jordan Jones as he lined
up to take a corner kick early in the first half but halted play before
turning away from the pitch clutching his stomach.
Incredibly, just seconds later, he erupted in a grisly volcano of puke
while the disbelieving crowd at Rugby Park went wild
Referee Craig Thomson sent his linesman off after he vomited during the
game

Spotting the commotion, referee Craig Thomson jogged over to check if
his colleague was alright – but in a hilarious twist the veteran official
pulled out a red card.
Players from both sides burst into hysterics before play eventually
continued a few minutes later.
Almost 100,000 people have seen the clip after it was posted on social
media site Reddit this afternoon.
“I'm just glad I don't get booked every time I throw up in a Sunday
league game,” joked one viewer.
Another added: “Aye was pretty funny! Something I’ve never seen before.
“Also this was before half-time, so when the officials came out to start
the 2nd half he got a decent ovation from both us and the away fan

Good banter.”
The match finished 1-0 to visitors Dundee with Marcus Haber scoring the
only goal of the game in the 55th minute.
