CRISTIANO RONALDO has been left enraged by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez who has refused to pay him the same wages as Lionel Messi and Neymar, reports say.
Ronaldo has had a rollercoaster of a season so far for Real Madrid.

Despite failing to score in La Liga yet, he hit two against Dortmund in the Champions League as well as a brace against APOEL.

In the Super Copa de Espana this year, in the first leg the Portuguese superstar scored, got booked, and was then sent off for pushing the ref.

He was subsequently banned for five matches as a result, returning to the starting line-up in Real’s shock 1-0 loss to Real Betis.


It has been less than a year since the ex-Man Utd forward last signed a contract but he is demanding a new deal already.

And Diario Gol have reported that Ronaldo is keen on preserving his status as the number one athlete on Forbes list.
He wants to earn £22.2m (€25m) to match rival Messi and PSG star Neymar, who became the world’s most expensive player this summer.

But Blancos chief Perez turned down his request when super agent Jorge Mendes put the proposal to him.




The refusal was not taken well by Ronaldo, and the four-time Ballon d’Or winner reportedly exclaimed : “Say it to my face!”


In the summer, Ronaldo rocked the footballing world when it emerged that he was thinking about leaving Real Madrid.

After appearing in a court case over alleged tax fraud, the superstar said: "I never had these problems in England. That's why I want to go back there."
