Chelsea training goes barmy ahead of Arsenal clash as boss Antonio Conte introduces giant blue yoga balls
Chelsea took to a much more unorthodox method to their preparations for their clash with Arsenal, as giant blue yoga balls were seen flying across their Cobham training ground.
The Premier League champions will be looking to close a very successful week after they dismantled Azerbaijan Premier League side Qarabag in the Champions League.
The Blues ran out 6-0 victors at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night and face another crucial clash at the Bridge with Arsenal on Sunday.




Manager Antonio Conte decided on a very different approach to the usual training sessions coming out of Cobham, however, as Blues team-mates were pictured enduring some residence training using bright blue yoga balls and elastic bands.
The majority of the pictures see Blues team-mates with their arms linked and giggling away at the exercises - which in turn looked both hilarious and difficult.
First-choice squad players such as Victor Moses, Cesc Fabregas, Gary Cahill and Michy Batschuayi were getting stuck into the yoga balls, while David Luiz and Tiemoue Bkayoko preferred the resistance straps to big blue balls.
For some though, the balls were a cruel mistress. For Bakayoko and Azpilicueta namely, this was a tough game to master as they were seen on numerous occasions sliding off the back. Lucky they're good footballers.
